It’s entirely new and unexpected, yet totally friendly and familiar. We have Springliners not tenants. Friends not strangers. Cool experiences, not expected ones. And dogs, we love dogs.

Basically, we wanted to make a place where we’d like to hang out. A place where we’d be envious to work, take our partner for date night, and live. A place filled with our favorite restaurants and shops. A place with a ton of energy, matched by spaces to retreat.

Springline’s innovative incubator concept gives our tenants a platform to interact with one another for testing and R&D within our community. Public Parking

Main Entry on El Camino Real, Residential Entry on Oak Grove

The garage is open for public parking from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 7 days a week.

Pricing is as follows:
First Two (2) hours - Free
Each additional hour or portion thereof. - $1.50
Maximum per 24 hours. - $20.00
All prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment for public parking is by credit card only, with payment machines located at pedestrian entrances to the garage. Cash is not accepted.

Storage of vehicles is not permitted. Public parking is limited to a maximum of 72 hours unless prior arrangements have been made.

Office and Retail Tenant Parking

Monthly parking for employees of office and retail tenants is available through Building Management. A monthly permit offers 24-hour, 7-day a week access to parking in the garage on an unassigned space basis.

Monthly parkers may enter and exit the garage from El Camino Real or either of the two garage portals on Garwood Way.

Resident Parking

Resident parking is available on a monthly basis through Building Management. Resident parking offers 24-hour, 7-day a week access to parking in the garage on an unassigned basis.

Resident parkers may enter and exit the garage from El Camino Real or either of the two garage portals on Garwood Way.

Prospective Resident Parking

Validated parking is available in the garage for prospective residents. Present your parking ticket at the leasing office for validation at the time of your visit.

EV Charging Stations

EV charging stations are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
